About Ann
In 2014, my life changed forever.
As someone who had always lived a healthy lifestyle, my breast cancer diagnosis was both shocking and humbling. Surviving cancer—along with a divorce and the pressures of an overwhelming job—tested every part of me. But it also awakened something deeper: a renewed commitment to healing, purpose, and alignment.
By 2022, I grew concerned about lymphatic congestion and feared another serious diagnosis. That’s when my thermographer introduced me to Lymphatic Enhancement Therapy (LET). The impact was immediate and profound. LET helped restore balance in my body, clarity in my mind, and hope in my life. I am forever grateful to Pam for guiding me toward a therapy that not only transformed my health but opened the door for me to share this healing modality with others in Southeast Iowa.
My journey with energy healing began long before all of this. Since 1993, I have studied and practiced a wide range of healing traditions throughout the United States and South America, integrating cross-cultural wisdom and hands-on experience. My work has taken me to Kinesiology in Oak Park, IL; Pulling Down the Moon, a holistic fertility clinic in downtown Chicago; and my own private practice in Chicago’s western suburbs.
In 2020, during the pandemic, I returned to Iowa to support my parents—and found that Iowa was where I was meant to be next. Staying here allowed me to establish a practice rooted in compassion, experience, and a deep respect for the body’s innate ability to heal.
